VALLEY OF FLOWERS

                 Valley of flowers is an rich biospheric region found in the western himalayas  in the state of uttarkhand . valley of flowers is an national park managing by forest department of uttarkhand . It is enriched with endemic apline flowers and variety of flora .
                


                 It is also home to some endangered animals like asian black bear , snow leopard , musk dear , brown bear , red fox , blue sheep. Himalayan phesant and other birds are found in the valley.


                 Valley of flowers national park is around 3352 metres to 3658 metres above the sea level . The park is nearly located at an area of 87.50 sq km . 8 km long and 2 km wide . This region is UNESCO world network of biosphere since 2004 .


                  Valley of flowers national park is not allowed to gazing since 1983 . The valley is opened only during summer ( june to october ) . It is covered by heavy snow for the rest of year.
